Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours are subject to a 50% service charge. No-shows will incur a 100% service charge. An invoice will be sent via Square and must be paid before you can schedule another service.
We kindly request that you arrive five (5) minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure we have the necessary time to devote to your skincare TLC.
If this is your first time at Bold Beauty Wax & Skincare, we ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes before your reserved time to fill out guest forms, allowing our esthetician to customize your treatment.
Late Policy
We value your time and strive to provide the best service. We will do our best to fit in your entire appointment, but we may need to shorten it if your arrival affects our schedule for the next client. In this case, you will still be charged the total amount for the service booked. We kindly ask that you plan to arrive a few minutes early. Please call us if you are running late so we can help you however we can.
Invoice Policy
We value your business and remind you that keeping your booking privileges requires timely invoice payment. Invoices that are not paid within 24 to 48 hours will result in the temporary suspension of your online booking privileges. If you need help or have any questions about your invoice, do not hesitate to contact us.
